Laura has over 20 years’ experience working across top tier financial services institutions, predominantly in their Early Career, Leadership and Talent & Development functions.

She is an experienced operator in the talent space having worked with employees across their career journey from graduates to the C-suite. Working in global roles in matrixed environments, her most recent in-house roles focused on critical talent processes and culture change, as well as tactical training and leadership development. 

An accredited executive coach, Laura is passionate about supporting individuals and organisations in managing critical transition points; working with them to establish strong foundations for long term, effective impact, alongside their wider role and lives.
